Architectural Draftsperson and Designer (Revit) — Perth, WA

NK Studio Design is seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson and Designer to join our growing Perth studio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has extensive experience with Revit and can balance creative design input with technical precision.

About the Role

As an Architectural Draftsperson and Designer at NK Studio Design, you’ll take ownership of design development and documentation across residential and commercial projects. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workflow while contributing to a collaborative and creative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine designs in collaboration with the studio team.

• Create and manage detailed Revit models and documentation from concept through to delivery.

• Translate design intent into accurate, buildable documentation.

• Work with minimal supervision while coordinating effectively with consultants.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both design sensitivity and technical accuracy to the table. You should be able to manage tasks independently, solve challenges confidently and communicate effectively with the wider project team.

You bring:

• Extensive, demonstrable Revit expertise (families, BIM coordination, documentation).

• Confidence to work autonomously while meeting project deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards.

• A balance of creative design thinking and technical detail.
